CHIC MENU WITH WINE PAIRINGS

A tasty menu with pairing of our sommelier, 3 glasses of wine included

• Beef sirloin flambéed with cognac, served with a celery root purée and lemon edamame beans |
• Smoked trout, cold béarnaise with tomato, orzo with sun-dried tomatoes and parsley oil dressing |
• Dark chocolate molten cake, white chocolate heart, classic vanilla custard sauce |

The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a friendly atmosphere, accompanied by 3 glasses of wine carefully selected by our sommeliers.
