Yes. Cocktail Classes are suitable for beginners. The techniques, measurements, and preparation steps are explained during the workshop, so no previous mixology experience is required.

What do you learn in a Cocktail Class?

In a Cocktail Class, you learn how to use the right tools, measure ingredients, balance flavours, and prepare cocktails based on a specific theme. Workshops may focus on classic cocktails, cocktails from around the world, Quebec spirits, or more original creations.

What kinds of cocktails can you learn to make?

Classes may include classic cocktails or drinks made with gin, rum, tequila, mezcal, vodka, whisky, or local spirits. Themes vary according to the schedule and available classes. All Cocktail Classes offer non-alcoholic alternatives.
