Tarragon syrup

Prep
Peel and dice the pineapple.
Open the pomegranate, remove the red seeds and keep aside in the fridge.
Peel the bananas, remove the white starch around the banana with the tip of a knife. Slice and coat with lemon juice.

Tarragon syrup
Infused the jasmin tea, add the tarragon. Remove the tea after 3 minutes. Add the sugar. Mix. Let cool down in the fridge.
