Caramel donut, apple, butter and cinnamon compote |

A nice treat for winter time.
Be very careful when using the fryer, or a pan as a fryer, don't keep children in the kitchen. They will be especially happy to eat them.

Salted caramel
Apple sauce
- Butter
Preparation time: 60 min
Preheat your Fryer at 375 °F

Donut
Put all the ingredients except the eggs in the blender.
Mix the dough with a dough hook.Once the mix is smooth, add the eggs one by one.
Let the dough aside in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Spread on the table with a rolling pin (1cm thick).
Shape your donuts.
Cook in the fryer on both sides.
Remove and let drain. Sprinkle with sugar.
Using a pastry bag with a little tip, make a hole in your donut and fill with caramel.

Salted caramel
In a pot, cook the sugar until it gets a blonde coloration. Add the butter and mix. Add warm cream, whisk and bring to a boil for 2 minutes until smooth. Add fleur de sel. Pass threw conical strainer.

Apple sauce
Peel the apples.
Slice in halves and remove the seeds.
Dice. Add some lemon juice and sugar. Mix well.In a hot pan with a spoon of butter, brown the apple dices. Remove from heat, add the cinnamon and the lemon zests. Mix.

Dressing
Add the apple sauce on top of your donut. Enjoy!
