Preparation time: 30 min
- For the preparationsChop the garlic, the ginger and the chili. Mince the green onion.Shred the duck meat, pick and chop the cilantro.Julienne the cucumbre and the carrot. Mince the lettuce.Bring to boil a big pot of salty boiling water, cut the heat and put the noodles for 3 minutes, strain and refresh.
- For the saucePut the soy sauce in a bowl, add the garlic, the ginger, the chili and the green onion.Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- For the spring rollDeep the rice sheets in a bowl of warm water, let it rest on a towel for 2 minutes.Put a little bit of duck meat, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, also some rice noodles and some cilantro leaves.Roll it by flipping the sides on the inside, make sure it will be tight.Slice the roll in 2,5 cm size pièces and serve it with the sauce on the side.
