For the cookies
Soften the butter at room temp. Shred the gruyère cheese. Crush the wallnuts.Mix the butter with the flour, add the egg.Add the gruyère cheese, the broken roquefort and the pieces of wallnuts.Form the cookies and put it on a baking tray with a parchement paper.Cook it in the oven for 20 minutes.
