Pepper papillote as a piperade with rosemary

For the papillote
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- For the papilloteMince the pepper and the onions.Cut in half the rosemary stamps.Chop the garlic.In a bowl, mix all the vegetables with oliv ol and seasonning.In 4 sheets of aluminium foil split the vegetables, put a stamp of rosemary, close it.Start the grill, put the papillote on the top and let it cook for 20 to 30 minutes, make sure it won't burn.It will be pretty well with a fish.
