0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Lychee juice

0.50 Oz

Sake

2 Drop(s)

Rose water

3 Oz

White cranberry juice

Ice

In a shaker, muddle the blackberries with the sugar cane. Pour the other ingredients out, add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a Champagne glass.
