Lemon juice

Elderflower syrup

Beefeater gin

7up

Ice

In a shaker, muddle the fruit pieces with the lemon juice and the syrup. Pour the other ingredients out, add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, in an old-fashioned glass and fill it up with the 7Up.
