0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

1 Oz

Cranberry juice

1 Oz

Luxardo limoncello

1 Oz

Domaine chandon

Ice

In a shaker, muddle the basil leaves and the blackberries with the sugar and the lemon juice.

Pour the other ingredients out except the Sparkling Wine.

Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a glass, fill it up with the Domaine Chandon.
