Raspberry purée
0.50 Oz
Liquid cane sugar
1 Oz
Beefeater gin
2 Oz
Sparkling wine
5 Gr
Grated coconut

Start to prepare your glass garnish : dip down the edge of a Champagne glass in the raspberry purée first, then in the grated coconut.Pour out the sugar, the purée and the Gin, add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain it out in your Champagne glass and fill it up with the sparkling wine.
