Blackberry(ies)

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

3 Oz

Pineapple juice

0.50 Oz

Chambord liquor

1 Oz

Smirnoff vodka

1 Oz

Sparkling wine

In a shaker, muddle the blackberries with the lemon juice and the sugar. Pour all the ingredients out excpept the Sparkling Wine !!! Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a Champagne glass, fill it up with the Sparkling Wine.
