Ginger

4 Leaf(ves)

Mint

4 Piece(s)

Pineapple

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Pineapple juice

1 Oz

Smirnoff vodka

In a shaker, muddle the mint, the ginger and pineapple pieces with the lemon juice and the sugar. Pour the other ingredients out, add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, into a Martini glass.
