Lemon juice

Crème de cassis

Beefeater gin

2 Oz

Cranberry/raspberry juice

1 Oz

Sparkling wine

In a shaker, pour the ingredients out. Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, into a Champagne glass.
