A nice Gin and coriander cocktail recipe...

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

3 Leaf(ves)

Coriander

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.25 Oz

Chambord

1 Oz

Pineapple juice

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

In a shaker, add the coriander leaves ripped in 2 and pour the other ingredients out. Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, into a Martini glass.
