Strawberry(ies)

0.25 Oz

Bubble-gum syrup

0.50 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

1 Oz

Pink sparkling wine

In a shaker, muddle the strawberry with the syrup. Pour the other ingredients out except the sparkling wine. Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain the mix out into a Martini glass, fill it up with the sparkling wine.
