Basil

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.25 Oz

Balsamic reduction (glaze)

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

In a shaker, muddle the strawberry and the basil with the lemon juice and the sugar. Pour all the ingredients out, add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, into a Martini glass.
