0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

1 Oz

Pear juice

1 Oz

Smirnoff vodka

In a shaker, muddle the ginger pieces with the lemon juice and the liquid cane sugar. Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain the mix out into a Martini glass.
