Chambord

Beefeater gin

1 Oz

Grapefruit flavored soda (perrier)

In an old-fashioned glass, put the cucumber pieces, pour the lemon juice and the Elderflower syrup. Use a muddler to crush those ingredients. Fill your glass up with ice. Add the gin and the soda, stir it well.
