We raises this mojito at the Royal level by adding some bubbles.

Ingredients

Mint

2 Tsp

Vanilla sugar

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

1 Oz

Bacardi white rum

2 Oz

Sparkling wine

2 Unit(s)

Raspberries

For the cocktail
In a Masson Jarr put the mint leaves, the vanilla sugar, lemon juice. Using a muddler and crush it all gentely. Add all the other ingrédients, EXCEPT THE SPARKLING WINE, and ice. Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds. Complete with the Sparkling wine.
