Hot chili pepper(s)

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

1.50 Oz

Bacardi white rum

In a shaker filled up with ice, pour all the ingredients out. Add the whole red pepper. Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds. Strain your cocktail in a Martini glass. If you would like a spicer cocktail, cut the red chili pepper in pieces.
