Star anise

0.25 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.25 Oz

Galliano vanilla liqueur.

2 Oz

Orange/mango juice

1 Oz

Smirnoff vodka

2 Oz

Sparkling wine

In a shaker, put the anise and pour the ingredients out (except the sparkling wine). Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour your cocktail out, through a cocktail strainer, into a Champagn glass. Top it with the sparkling wine.
