Balsamic reduction (glaze)

Basil

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Cranberry juice

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

1 Oz

Sparkling wine

In a shaker, pour the sugar out, add the strawberry and the glaze dash. Crush this mix with a muddler and add the Gin, the cranberry juice and the basil leaves (slap them before using in cocktails). Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds, strain it out into a Champagne glass. Top it with the sparkling wine.
