Lemon juice

Elderflower cordial

1 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

In a shaker, put the cucumber pieces, pour the elderflower cordial and the lemon juice out. Crush this mix with a muddler and pour the other ingredients out. Slap the mint leaves, add them into your shaker an fill it with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the cocktail out, through a strainer, into a Martini glass
