Lemon juice

0.25 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Elderflower syrup

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

1 Oz

Soda

In an old-fashioned glass, put the cucumber pieces, pour the lemon juice, the Elderflower Cordial and the sugar out. Use a muddler to crush those ingredients. Fill your glass up with ice. Add the gin and the soda, stir it well.
