Ingredients

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Pecan syrup

8 Leaf(ves)

Mint

1 Oz

Rhum planteray dark

2 Oz

Apple juice

2 Oz

Guiness beer

Pecan syrup

50 Gr

Pecan nut

500 Gr

Sugar

500 Ml

Water

Cocktail

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out, except the Guiness.

Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Top with the Guiness beer.

Stirr gentely with a mixing spoon.

Prepare ingredients: Chop pecans into small pieces.
Heat the mixture: In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar and pecan pieces. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
Blending and filtering: Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, then blend the mixture to a smooth texture. Strain to remove any lumps and pour into a clean bottle.
