0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
2 Tsp
Apricot jam
0.50 Oz
Egg white
4 Leaf(ves)
Tarragon
2 Dash(es)
Angostura bitter
1 Oz
kepler céleste gin
2 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
- Ice

In a shaker, pour tall the ingredients out, except the bubbles.
Make a dry shake for 8 to 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a Fizz glass.
Top with the Ruffino Prosecco.
Stirr gentely with a mixing spoon.
