A nice variation of the clasical cocktail the Bellini.
Ingredients
Recipe for 1 Cocktail
0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Peach syrup
1 Sprig(s)
Rosemary
1 Oz
Kepler k gin
2 Oz
White cranberry juice
2 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
- Ice
-
In a shaker, pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT the bubbles!
Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a glass of champagne.
Top your glass with the Ruffino Prosecco.
