Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Orange syrup

0.50 Oz

Egg white

1 Oz

Plantateray white rum

2 Oz

Apple juice

In a shaker,pour all the ingredients out.

Make a dry shake for 8 to 10 seconbds.

Fill up your shaker with ice.

Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a glass.
