Redcurrant jam
1 Oz
Plantateray white rum
2 Drop(s)
Cherry bitter
2 Oz
Butterfly pea tea
1 Sprig(s)
Thyme
- Ice

In a shaker pour all the ingredients out, except the butterfly pea tea.
Add some ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the mix out, into a High Ball glass.
Top with the tea.
