A nice variation of the clasical cocktail the Bellini.

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Mandarines syrup

1 Leaf(ves)

Sage

2 Oz

Orange-mango juice

2 Oz

Fiol

1 Oz

Cointreau

In a shaker, pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT THE FIOL !

Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a glass of champagne.

Top your glass with the FIOL.

Stirr with a mixing spoon.

Cheers !
