A nice pear and ginger flavors combination...

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

4 Dices

Ginger

0.25 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.25 Oz

Lemon juice

1 Oz

Pear juice

1 Oz

Smirnoff vodka

In a shaker, put the ginger pieces, pour the lemon juice and the sugar out. Use a muddler to crush those ingredients. Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain the mix out, into a Martini glass.
