0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Peach syrup

1 Oz

Rosemary

1.50 Oz

Vs hennessy cognac

2 Oz

Apple juice

Ice

Place a sprig of rosemary on a wooden board.

Light it with a torch and cover it with the Old Fashioned glass.

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out.

Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the cocktail out, into an Old Fashioned glass.
