Lemon juice

Liquid cane sugar

Raspberries

1 Oz

Egg white

1.50 Oz

Vs hennessy cognac

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

In a shaker, muddle the raspberrries with the lemon juice and the syrup.

Pour the other ingredients out, and make a dry shake suring 8 to 10 seconds.

Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a coupette glass.
