Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Lemon syrrup

1 Oz

Egg white

1 Sprig(s)

Tarragon

1 Oz

Plantateray white rum

2 Oz

Orange-mango juice

In a shaker pour the other ingredients out,

Make a dry shake during 8 to 10 seconds.

Add the ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a coupette glass.
