Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Apricot syrrup

1 Sprig(s)

Thyme

1 Oz

Lemon flavored vodka

2 Oz

Peach nectar

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients, except the 1642 Tonic.

Add ice ans shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the totality of your shaker in a Fizz glass.

Top with the 1642 Tonic.

Stirr a little with a mixing spoon.
