0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Lemon & rosemary syrup

1 Oz

Egg white

1 Oz

Absolut fraise

2 Oz

Rosé cranberry juice

Make a rime with some rosemary & lemon sugar on the edge of your glass.

In a shaker pour all the ingredients.

Make a dry shake for 8 to 10 seconds.

Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain your shaker into a coupette glass.
