Ingredients
Recipe for 1 person or 1 Cocktail
0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Violet syrup
1 Oz
Egg white
1.50 Oz
Violette gin
2 Oz
Elderflower 1642
1 Pinch(es)
Pink glitter
- Ice
-
In a shaker pour all the ingredients, except the Tonic.
Make a dry shake.
Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a Fizz glass with a strainer.
Top with the Elderflower 1642 Tonic.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
