0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Prosecco syrup

1 Oz

St germain

3 Oz

Cranberry/raspberry juice

2 Oz

Prosecco ruffino brut

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out, except the Prosecco.

Add some ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a flute glass with a strainer.

Top with the Prosecco.

Stirr with a mixing spoon.
