Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Apricot syrrup
1 Oz
Egg white
2 Leaf(ves)
Thyme
1 Oz
Bold vodka
- Ice

In a shaker, pall the ingredients out.
Make a dry shake during 8 to 10 seconds.
Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a coupette glass.
