A great classcial cocktail !

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 person or 1 Cocktail

1 Oz

Vanilla vodka

1 Cup(s)

Lemon sorbet

2 Oz

Prosecco ruffino brut

2 Leaf(ves)

Basil

Place the vanilla vodka, 1 scoop of lemon sorbet and 2 basil leaves, halved, in a shaker.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain through a stainer into a coupette glass.

Add another scoop of lemon sorbet.

Top with Ruffino brut Prosecco.
