Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Simple syrrup
1 White
Egg white
2 Drop(s)
Orange blossom
1 Oz
Limoncello 3 lacs
2 Oz
Orange juice
2 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
- Ice
-
In a shaker pour all the ingredients out, except the Prosecco.
Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a Fizz glass with a strainer.
Top with the Ruffino brut Prosecco.
Stirr with a mixing spoon.
