Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Raspberry syrup
2 Drop(s)
Rose water
1 Sprig(s)
Rosemary
1 Oz
Lychee liquor
2 Oz
Cranberry/raspberry juice
3 Oz
Bubbles
- Ice

In a shaker pour all the ingredients out except the bubbles !!!
Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a coupette glass, fill it up with the Ruffino Prosecco.
Stirr with a mixing spoon.

Add a gdeshydrated rapefruit slice, slapp a rosemary sprig and sparkle it with some ice sugar..
