The perfect drink to start ...

0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Orgeat syrup
1 Oz
Gin malfy pamplemousse
3 Oz
Rosé cranberry juice
2 Oz
Prosecco ruffino rosé
  • Ice

  • In a shaker, pour all the igredients, except the bubbles.

    Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.

    Strain into a coupe glass with a strainer.

    Top with the rosé Ruffino bubbles.

    Stirr with a mixing spoon.

    Cheers !
