Thyme

Flor de sevilla tanqueray gin
2 Oz
Peach nectar
3 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
- Ice
-
In a shaker, pour all the ingredients, except the bubbles.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass with a strainer.
Top with the brut Ruffino Prosecco .
Stirr with a mixing spoon.
