Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Anise syrup
1 Oz
Cointreau
2 Oz
Pear - pineapple juice
3 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
  • Ice
Bulles anisées
  • In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out, except the Prosecco.

    Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.

    Pour the cocktail out, through a strainer, into a coupette glass.

    Top with the Ruffino !
