A nice variation of the clasical cocktail the Bellini.
Ingredients
Recipe for 1 Cocktail
0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Orange & rosemary syrup
1 Oz
Egg white
1 Sprig(s)
Rosemary
2 Oz
Peach nectar
2 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
- Ice
-
In a shaker, pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT the Prosecco.!
Make a dry shake during 8 to 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a glass of champagne.
Top your glass with the Prosecco Ruffino brut.
Stirr with a mixing spoon.
