Lemon juice

Pink grapefruit syrup
1 Oz
Egg white
2 Leaf(ves)
Basil
1 Oz
Zeste apéritivo
2 Oz
White cranberry juice
- Ice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients.
Make a dry shake.
Add the ice and the other ingrédients. and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a coupette glass.
