Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Lavander syrup
1 Oz
Violette gin
3 Oz
White cranberry juice
2 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
- Ice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients, Except the Prosecco.
Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a flute glass.
Top with the Ruffino Prosecco.
