Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz
Lime juice
0.50 Oz
Rosemary syrup
1 Oz
Balzac absinthe
3 Oz
White cranberry juice
2 Oz
Ginger beer 1642

  • Ice

  • Place all the ingredients in a shaker, except ginger Tonic

    Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

    Pour into a mule glass.

    Top with ginger tonic.

    Cheers!
